ORCA 6" x 6" Wooden Jewelry Box Blanks - Ebony Black, No Tile - 24/Case
Product Type:
Jewelry Boxes
Description
xA black box is what a watch arrives in, and buyers read it the same way here. Of the three finishes in the 6 by 6 range this is the one jewelers, engravers and awards dealers reach for, and it is the one that photographs cleanest against a white listing background.
The lid recess is supplied bare. The tiled version of this box ships with a coated ceramic insert already seated; this one leaves the choice to you, so you can set your own tile, a printed metal panel, a photo under glass, or sell the box with the wood as the finish. Printing on the panel uses ORCA Coatings® technology from Photo USA Corp.
Black is also the best of the three to engrave. A laser cuts through the dark finish to pale wood underneath, so text and line art stand out with no insert and no ink at all. Many shops list an engraved version and a tile printed version of the same box at two price points.
A full case is 24 boxes at $19.39 each, roughly 40 pounds, which is about 14 pounds lighter than the tiled version because the ceramic is not in the carton.
