          How many keychains come in a case?

          120 or 200 depending on style. MDF hearts, rectangles and ovals ship 200. Round, double heart, carabiner and bottle opener styles ship 120. Cases currently run from about $169 to $272.

          What is the five shape assortment?

          One case containing rectangle, swirl, twisted heart, oval and heart shapes together. It is the cheapest case in the collection and the easiest way to find out which shape your customers actually pick.

          Can both sides be printed?

          On most flat shapes yes. Press one side, let it cool, then press the second. Two sided keychains sell for more and cost nothing extra in materials.

          Do they include the ring and chain?

          Most include the hardware. It is stated in each product description, so confirm before quoting a finished piece.

          Which keychain should I stock first?

          The five shape assortment, because it answers the shape question for you. After that, the carabiner or the bottle opener version, since functional keychains outsell decorative ones.
