Why prints come out pale or blotchy

Almost always the wrap, not the settings. An air pocket under the transfer becomes a pale patch and a loose seam becomes a visible line down the side. Tape the seam and, if you are using shrink wrap, pass a heat gun over the sleeve before it goes in the oven so the wrap tightens evenly.

How many tumblers come in a case?

Between 12 and 48 depending on style. The 20 oz skinny ships 12 per case, sealed and insulated cups ship 25. Exact counts are on every product page.

Can I sublimate the full body?

Yes on coated blanks. Wrap tightly with no air pockets and tape the seam. On tapered bodies, cut the transfer to follow the taper rather than forcing a rectangle around it.

Tumbler press or convection oven?

Both work. A tumbler press is faster for small runs and one at a time. An oven with shrink wrap handles far more units per cycle, which is what makes large orders viable. Most shops that scale end up with both.

Are tumblers dishwasher safe?

ORCA Coatings is SGS certified to 3,500 dishwasher cycles. Lids and gaskets vary by model and hand washing extends the life of any seal.
