When insulation is worth the extra blank cost

For resellers, almost always. The gap between an aluminum blank and an insulated one is much smaller than the gap between what each one can be sold for. For pure giveaways where nothing is resold, aluminum is the better economics and there is no shame in saying so to a customer.

How long do these hold temperature?

Can I sublimate the full body?

Yes on coated blanks. Wrap tightly with no air pockets, tape the seam, and cut the transfer to follow any taper rather than forcing a rectangle around it.

Are they dishwasher safe?

ORCA Coatings is SGS certified to 3,500 dishwasher cycles. Hand washing is recommended for any vacuum insulated body, because dishwasher heat over time can affect the seal between the walls.
