            Why are stainless mugs more expensive than ceramic?

            Double wall construction and steel cost more than fired ceramic. For resellers the higher retail price more than covers it. For pure giveaways ceramic is the better economics.

            Can the full body be sublimated?

            Yes on coated blanks. Wrap tightly with no air pockets and tape the seam. Handle areas and rims sit outside the print zone on most models.

            How many come in a case?

            Case counts vary by model and are listed on each product page along with per piece pricing. The 10 oz insulated mug runs about $12.19 per piece at 24 to a case.

            Are stainless mugs microwave safe?

            No. Steel must never go in a microwave. This belongs in your own product listing rather than in fine print, because customers assume any mug is microwave safe.

            Are they dishwasher safe?

            ORCA Coatings is SGS certified to 3,500 dishwasher cycles. Hand washing extends the life of any insulated body by protecting the seal.
