ORCA 18 oz. Camper Sublimation Enamel Mug Blanks - 48/Case
Product Type:
Enamel Mugs
Product Details
xThe ORCA 18 oz. Camper Sublimation Enamel Mug is the larger enamel-over-steel camp mug, sized for soup and big camp coffees, offered with silver or black rims at 48 per case.
It shares the construction of the 12 oz. camper but holds more. Enamel over steel takes drops that would end a ceramic mug; the rim can chip on hard impact, which most buyers see as part of the look. Compare enamel mug sizes.

FAQ
x
What sets this camper mug apart?
It is enamel over steel, so it survives drops that would break a ceramic mug, and its 18 oz size holds soup or a big camp coffee. The rim can chip on hard impact, which most buyers like as part of the look. ORCA Coatings meet FDA food contact requirements and are compliant with California Proposition 65.
How big is the print area?
The mug holds 18 oz and the imprint area is 8.7 x 2.4 in. At 300 DPI that is 2610 x 720 pixels.
Where do I buy wholesale 18 oz camper sublimation enamel mug blanks?
You can order them from Photo USA. Silver rim (SKU 21811) is $236.64 per case of 48, about $4.93 each, and black rim (SKU 21812) is $276.48, about $5.76 each, with one rim color per case. The minimum is one case, and most cases ship within 24 hours from Fremont, CA or Kentucky.
What heat settings work for enamel?
Our source gives no fixed recipe for this mug: most of our blanks start between 370°F and 400°F, with time depending on the blank's thickness. Press one test mug and adjust, using our time and temperature chart as a starting reference.
Who is the typical buyer?
Campers, backcountry gift shops, outdoor brands and fall festival soup and cocoa vendors all order it. Etsy shops and hobby crafters also buy the case and decorate it at home, since Photo USA ships blanks and does not run print-on-demand fulfillment. Read more in Wholesale enamel camping mugs. In ASI's 2026 Ad Impressions Study, 87% of people said they would keep branded drinkware, and more than three quarters would use it at least weekly.
Can it go over a campfire?
Some customers do it, but direct heat on the print area will damage the design over time. It is built to hold hot drinks and soup, not to be a cooking vessel.
What could one case earn?
Many sublimation sellers price at 2.5 to 3 times total cost, roughly $17 to $21 here. As an example, selling a silver rim case of 48 at $20 each returns $960 against $236.64 in blanks.
How early should holiday orders go in?
Aim for mid November so mugs are listed before Black Friday on November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday on November 30, and order no later than early December for Christmas arrival. Good fits are cabin cocoa mugs as Christmas gifts, logo mugs as client gifts for outdoor brands, and a soup mug for a white elephant exchange; our Black Friday order deadlines has the full calendar.
