Returns
14-day return window from the date of delivery, on unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. For returns due to a change of mind or an ordering error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

What press settings work for a flat ceramic tile?
A flat press at medium pressure. Tiles hold heat far longer than a mug, so the transfer keeps working after the press opens. Lift the paper immediately and lay the tile face up to cool rather than stacking it.
What does a glossy finish do to the print?
Gloss is what portrait customers expect from an 8 by 10, since it matches the photographic print they are comparing it to.
Why did my tile come out with a shadow at the edge?
The transfer shifted as the press closed, or it was lifted slowly while the tile was still at temperature. Tape all four sides and peel in one motion.
Why did my tile crack?
Thermal shock or uneven pressure. Cool each piece face up on a rack rather than on a cold bench, and never stack hot tiles on each other.
Is backing included?
Backing is not included. Cork pads, easel backs and hanging hardware are separate, so budget for them when you price a finished piece.
