Returns
14-day return window from the date of delivery, on unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. For returns due to a change of mind or an ordering error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
