Returns
14-day return window from the date of delivery, on unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. For returns due to a change of mind or an ordering error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

Neoprene, which is water resistant and cushions the device. It is the same material as a wetsuit, and it takes sublimation across the full panel.
Can I print edge to edge?
Yes, which is the main advantage over a hard case. A full bleed design makes a sleeve look manufactured rather than printed, and that is what separates a product from a giveaway.
How do I press neoprene?
Flat press at medium pressure with a protective sheet, at the low end of your temperature range. Neoprene compresses permanently under too much pressure and the sleeve loses its cushioning.
What temperature and time should I press this at?
As a recommended starting point, most of our blanks press between 370°F and 400°F, with time depending on how thick and dense the blank is. These are recommended settings only, not fixed rules. Temperature and time work against each other: a hotter press needs less time and a cooler one needs more. Every heat press runs a little differently, so press one test piece and adjust for your machine. Our sublimation time and temperature chart lists settings for 20 blank types.
Why did my sleeve come out flattened?
Too much pressure. The foam core does not recover, so a flattened sleeve is a reject even with a perfect print. Lower pressure and add time instead.
Does the size fit modern devices?
Thirteen inches is the volume size, covering the most common laptop class. If you carry one size, carry this one.
