Returns
14-day return window from the date of delivery, on unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. For returns due to a change of mind or an ordering error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

How do I press a stainless steel body?
A wrap or a dedicated attachment, not a flat or mug press. Remove the lid, straw and any seal before heat, since they warp and a warped seal will leak afterwards.
What temperature and time should I press this at?
We recommend pressing at 365 to 390°F (185 to 200°C) for 120 to 180 seconds with light pressure and the lid removed, or at 390°F for about 420 seconds in a sublimation oven with a wrap. These are recommended settings only, not fixed rules. Temperature and time work against each other: a hotter press needs less time and a cooler one needs more. Every heat press runs a little differently, so press one test piece and adjust for your machine. Our sublimation time and temperature chart lists settings for 20 blank types.
Why is there a pale line down the side?
The wrap overlapped or left a gap along the seam. Butt the transfer edges rather than overlapping, and put the join where the design is least busy.
Why does my artwork distort toward the base?
A tapered body has different circumferences top and bottom, so a rectangular file stretches as it wraps. Build to a tapered template or keep critical detail in a band around the middle.
Does the lid come off before pressing?
Yes, along with any seal. Both distort at transfer temperature and a distorted seal will leak.
