Returns
14-day return window from the date of delivery, on unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. For returns due to a change of mind or an ordering error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

Does the colored rim change my press setup?
No. The print surface is the white exterior body, so artwork and settings match a plain white 11 oz mug exactly. The rim and handle are glaze and sit outside the print area.
What colors are stocked?
Eleven colors across the range. Each variant is listed separately so you can see current stock before ordering.
Why pay more than a plain white mug?
Because the finished piece stays on theme where no transfer reaches. A printed color block stops at the edge of the print area. A colored rim carries the design around the handle and the back, which is where a printed-on-white gift mug usually looks unfinished.
