Most sublimation blanks ship by the full case, and for a shop running steady volume that is exactly right. But 36 mugs is a lot to commit to when you are testing a design, filling one small custom order, or placing your very first order and still figuring out what sells. So we started breaking cases.

Everything here comes two ways. Take 12 to keep your first order small, or order the full case once you know what moves. Same mug, same coating, same warehouses. The only difference is how many show up at your door.

If you are not sure what to order first, the short answer is white mugs. The 11 oz. is the standard everyone knows and the easiest to sell. The 15 oz. is the upgrade people pay a little more for. Buy 12 of each, print a few, and see which one your customers reach for.

Once you have a feel for it, color accent mugs are where margins get interesting. A colored interior and handle turns a plain photo mug into something that looks designed. With 12 packs you can stock three colors for what one full case of a single color would cost.

Why the coating matters more than the mug

Every blank in this collection is coated with ORCA Coatings®, our patented polymer coating. It is the reason a print comes out sharp and stays that way. SGS certified through 3,500 dishwasher cycles, UV resistant so colors hold in sunlight, and FDA certified food safe. A cheap uncoated mug will look fine on day one and fade by month three, and your customer will remember which shop sold it to them.

The 12 pack is not a lesser product. Same coating, same mug, same quality control. Just fewer of them.
