Poster Paper Production (210) - 44" x 175' Roll
Product Type:
Poster Paper
Product Details
xProduction Poster Paper (210) comes on a 44 in x 175 ft roll for wide format printers. It is a consumable rather than a blank to decorate: a resin-coated satin paper at 210 gsm and 9 mil, rated at 140% brightness and 90% whiteness.
Print shops and custom gift businesses reach for this 44 in roll when they produce large posters, signs and display panels, since the satin surface keeps glare low and the paper dries instantly with water resistance. Confirm the paper suits your printer and ink before ordering, and keep the roll sealed and away from humidity. For example, one 24 x 36 in poster per row yields about 58 prints per roll, roughly $3.24 of paper each, and with about $1.75 for ink and labor and the 2.5 to 3 times total cost markup many sublimation sellers use, $15 a poster returns $870 against the $188.00 roll.

FAQ
x
What is the Poster Paper Production (210) - 44" x 175' Roll?
Sublimation transfer paper on a 44 in wide roll, 175 ft long, at $188. It is a consumable for your printer, not a blank to decorate.
Who needs a 44 in roll?
Anyone running a wide format sublimation printer for blankets, flags, large panels or apparel. If you are pressing mugs with a desktop printer, this is not for you.
How long does a roll last?
Depends entirely on your output and how efficiently you nest your artwork. Track your first roll to work out your real cost per piece.
Does it work with my printer?
Confirm the paper weight and coating suit your printer and ink before ordering. Transfer paper is not universal.
Storage?
Keep it sealed, flat or upright, away from humidity. Damp transfer paper causes ghosting and poor color transfer, and it is the most common cause of a bad press people blame on the blank.
Is this the only paper you stock?
Ask your rep about other widths if 44 in is wider than you need. A narrower roll wastes less on small jobs.

It depends on how well you nest artwork. As an example, 24 x 36 in posters printed one per row give about 58 prints per roll at roughly $3.24 of paper each; adding about $1.75 for ink and labor and pricing at 3 times, as many sublimation sellers price finished pieces at 2.5 to 3 times their total cost, $15 a poster returns $870 against the $188.00 roll.
