Product Details
xThe ORCA Curved Glass B, 5 x 7 in (SKU 59101-B), is the lower-cost grade of our small curved photo glass, packed 48 per case for portrait and wedding photo sellers. It stands without a frame, which is the whole appeal.
Before you list the B grade, confirm with your rep whether it differs from the standard 59101 in thickness, coating grade or finish. The per-piece saving is meaningful at volume, but not if print quality drops. Press at 400 F for 8 to 12 minutes with a conforming pad, slow cool, and test before batching.
For example, at 3 times total cost, the top of the 2.5 to 3 times rule many sublimation sellers follow, a $5.06 glass print sells for $15.18, so one case of 48 brings in $728.64 against $171.12. See what to compare in a blanks supplier.
