Product Details
xThe ORCA Car Shade is a two-piece sublimation sunshade set, packed 125 sets per case, giving print shops a large print surface for summer novelty gifts, pet photo shades and dealer giveaways.
Strangers see the shade from outside the car, so designs need to be big, bold and funny. Demand runs late spring through summer. Press each shade flat at 385 to 400 F for 45 to 60 seconds, medium pressure, with a protective sheet.
There is no reliable retail data for car shades, so remember that many sublimation sellers price finished pieces at 2.5 to 3 times their total cost. For example, a $1.41 set plus $1.50 of ink and labor costs $2.91, and 3 times that is $8.73, so 125 sets bring in $1,091.25 against $176.25. Compare suppliers with our blanks supplier checklist.
