Photo USA Corp. | ORCA Coatings® Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your wholesale sublimation blanks. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders that have not yet entered the shipping phase may be canceled without any charges.
    • For orders that have been forwarded to, or are already in the shipping phase, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is still feasible, please be aware that you may incur fees to cover the costs associated with processing the cancellation.

  2. Returns and Refunds:

    • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with original packaging.
    • Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • Should you receive any items that are damaged or differ from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund and will cover any shipping costs for the return of the damaged or incorrect items.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Some items may not be eligible for returns, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. For queries regarding specific items, please reach out to our support team.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
