Building a mug line in order

White 11 oz first, because it is the cheapest entry and the most requested. Then 15 oz for the customers who want a bigger mug. Then color accent, which costs almost nothing extra to produce but sells for more. Novelty bodies like color changing come after the core line works, not before.

How many mugs come in a case?

Standard ceramic mugs ship 36 to a case. Latte mugs and specialty bodies ship 24 to 36. The exact count is on every product page.

What is the difference between ORCA and Black ORCA?

Black ORCA is the highest coating grade in the ORCA Coatings range and is used on selected bodies. Standard ORCA coating is used across the rest of the mug line. Both are made for full color dye sublimation.

Which size sells better, 11 oz or 15 oz?

11 oz moves in higher volume and is the default for events and giveaways. 15 oz carries a higher retail price and sells better as a gift. Most shops stock both.

What mug bodies do you stock?

White, black, color accent with colored inner and handle, color changing, enamel style steel, latte, frosted glass, stoneware and bone china.

Are they dishwasher safe?

ORCA Coatings is SGS certified to 3,500 dishwasher cycles. The coating is also UV resistant and FDA certified food safe.
